Cooking challenge

Homework On Sunday night I decided to do my 3rd homework task I choose to start this task is from the giving category this is what the includes prepare 3 formal three course meals, including the menu, cooking and presenting, photographs of the meal and feedback from your guests.  

Feed back 

Mum: I really enjoyed the fresh fish... mmmm!!  The brandy snaps were
also very yum!  Thank you for another really lovely meal Kyle.

Dad: As a starter we had mussels, they were steamed and the flavour was great, then we had fresh snapper which is always good. The brandy snaps finished a great dinner, well mate.

Rachael (sister): it was a delicious meal but, the mussels needed more flavor.
